Biography/Professional Profile
Ms. Liebig joined The Foundry in 1999. She is currently the Director of Finance and Administration, with responsibility for accounting, human resources and facilities, in addition to general project management activities. As The Foundry creates new companies, Ms. Liebig also manages several aspects of new company set-up, including recruitment of key personnel, and the implementation and maintenance of accounting and HR systems until those functions are transitioned to the ‘Newco’ team. Ms. Liebig remains active as a resource to Foundry portfolio companies on HR and accounting issues.

Prior to joining The Foundry, Ms. Liebig was the Human Resources Manager for Medtronic AneuRx, where she ran local HR operations and implemented Medtronic corporate HR initiatives, and was a key member of the corporate integration team following AneuRx’s acquisition by Medtronic. Previously, Ms. Liebig held HR positions at the corporate headquarters of Specialized Bicycle Components and in the telecommunications industry for EXECUTONE Information Systems in Connecticut.

Ms. Liebig earned her B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
