Partnership
A partnership with The Foundry®
is just that - a full partnership. The Foundry and the inventor
become partners in the new startup venture. The Foundry contributes
its proven team, facility and funding. The inventor contributes
the idea, energy and ongoing interaction at whatever level they
are able. A partnership agreement is drafted, with the duties, responsibilities
and equity ownership clearly defined from the outset.
Development
From the execution of that partnership agreement, the new startup
is a fully functional organization. The
Foundry and the partner inventor immediately launch into the key
tasks to speed the new company to
success. Some of these activities include:
