Funding
Once the Project Selection, Partnership Agreement and Board Review are complete, The Foundry^® raises funds for the new company. At this point, recruiting is stepped up, facility searches are conducted, and The Foundry assists the new company in establishing its own independent operations. Throughout the recruiting and building of the company, The Foundry team remains fully engaged, driving the development efforts forward. As the new company builds, an organic transfer of responsibility occurs.

Support
The Foundry offers a range of resources to help ensure the new company's long-term success, including serving as active Directors, engineering consultants and advisors to the new company.
